Shipping
SEGMENT offers flat-fee shipping on all orders worldwide. The flat fee for orders within the European Union is 10 Euros. The flat fee for orders shipping outside of the European Union is 25 Euros. If you are based in Berlin, Hamburg or Munich, we are happy to reimburse you the shipping cost and deliver goods by bike courier. Especially, if we are friends or we like your style.
Returns
SEGMENT accepts returns of bought products within two weeks of purchase. The product or products in questions are to be returned in their original state (read: unused and free of damages) to the address stated in the imprint. SEGMENT does not cover shipping costs for returns.
Once a return has been received and validated at our warehouse, SEGMENT will issue a full refund of the purchase cost. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
